In the event that a SQL Saturday event reaches its attendance compacity all additional individuals that attempt to register will be placed on the wait list. If and when existing non-waitlist attendees cancel registration, those waitlist attendees will automatically be changed to regular attendees. An email will be sent to that attendee that has been moved to regular attendance. Such attendee would also start receiving event email notifications as a regular attendee would.
