How is it organized ?
Event Snapshot - When you login to the Admin website, you will see the Event snapshot. This is a quick way for the organizers to be able to see some important information in a really quick manner. This is nice information to share with volunteers on a weekly/bi-weekly basis that builds the excitement etc.

This is the home page of your SQLSaturday<#> website. Customize this website to give it the look and feel of what you want to give to your attendees. This page hosts information that you want people to know about your event to know.
eg : date, venue , directions , change of plans , twitter , sponsor logos ( if you want) etc.
Sending Messages to Attendees, Speakers, All SQLSaturday Speakers
Messaging- Send a message
Use the Send message feature with caution. Read, Re-read the message you send. Check , Double check on links you send. Having a bad link might make people go to bad
web page.
You can also use this feature for inviting speakers to talk at your event as well.
Sponsor
The sponsor section is a wealth of resources for someone who is organizing a SQLSaturday especially their first one. It provides all the contact info of sponsors who have supported SQLSaturdays in the past
